Request a Vehicle

Tell us what you need

Can't find what you need in our current stock? Submit your sourcing brief and we'll locate the right unit from auctions across Japan.

How it works

We make every step transparent so you can transact with confidence, whether it's your first deal or your fiftieth.

1. Submit your request

Tell us the make, model, year, budget, and destination port. We'll respond within 24 hours with a quotation and vehicle options.

2. Payment terms

Auction sourcing requires a 70% advance deposit on the vehicle price. The remaining 30% is due before shipping. For in-stock vehicles, full payment is required before shipment.

3. Sourcing & inspection

Once the deposit clears, we bid at the appropriate auction. We provide full transparency: auction grade, accident history, and exact mileage.

4. Export documentation

We handle export deregistration, customs clearance, and arrange the official Bill of Lading (B/L) — the document your customs authority needs to release the vehicle at your port.

5. Container loading & shipment

Vehicles are shipped via RO-RO or container. We provide loading photographs and tracking information so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.

For domestic buyers: All cars sold locally include 2-year Shaken (車検) and 1-year road tax paid. Drive away ready.
